Checking in revealed the Bistro wouldn't be open during the Christmas holiday, significantly impacting my stay. The shower in my room was covered in mold and mildew, and although staff offered to move me, I was too exhausted to relocate. On a positive note, the location was convenient for my travel plans, and the room was very clean.

the courtyards offer an indoor pool which is perfect for a refreshing swim. the service was impeccable, making my stay even better. the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the fitness center being open 24 hours, allowing me to work out whenever I wanted.
